Refund Policy
Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Plans and billing
Thebes Hosting offers a Monthly plan (700 EGP / 30 days), an Annual plan (6,000 EGP / 365 days), and custom Enterprise agreements. All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP).
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. We do not store your card, and we never charge you automatically. Each payment is one you make yourself, and it extends your subscription by the plan's period (from your current expiry date if your subscription is still active).
2. 14-day refund window
Every payment is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the transaction, no questions asked. This window meets and extends the consumer withdrawal right under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).
After 14 days, payments are non-refundable; your subscription simply remains active until its expiry date.
3. How refunds work
- Request a refund through the Contact Sales form, including your account email and, if possible, the payment reference shown in your dashboard's payment history.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- When a payment is refunded, the subscription time that payment added is removed. If that payment was your only active period, your subscription ends immediately.
4. Upgrades and extensions
Upgrading from Monthly to Annual is a new payment with its own 14-day refund window. Extension payments (renewals you make manually) are refundable within their own 14-day window as long as the refund is requested before the extended period is substantially used.
5. Enterprise agreements
Enterprise deployments are governed by their individual contracts, which take precedence over this policy where they differ.
6. Service credit for outages
If a verified platform failure on our side keeps your deployed application unavailable for a prolonged period, we will extend your subscription by the affected time. Enterprise SLA terms, where agreed, apply instead.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including Egypt's Law No. 181 of 2018.
