Send us a site and we bring the content, the media, the routes and both languages across, then hand you a staging URL to review before anything changes for the client. Your existing URLs keep working: we map the old paths to the new ones so search rankings survive the move.
The clock starts when we accept the site and you have given us access, and stops when the staging URL is live for you to review. The cutover then waits on you, not on a clock.
