For developers

Build it with your AI agent.

The Thebes agent kit lets Claude, Cursor or any agent that supports MCP build an app on Thebes for you. It finds the closest working example, starts your project from it, checks it, deploys it and puts it live on your site.

Set it up in two steps.

  1. 1

Install the Thebes command line tool

    curl -L https://github.com/Mercatura-Forum/Thebes-Protocol-/releases/latest/download/install-thebes-deploy.sh | bash
  2. 2

    Add Thebes to your agent

claude mcp add thebes -- npx -y thebes-mcp

That line is for Claude Code. In Cursor, Claude Desktop and other agents, add a server that runs npx -y thebes-mcp. You need Node 20 or later.

Then ask your agent for what you want, for example: build me a booking site for my clinic and put it live.

What your agent can do with it.

Start from code that already runs

Twelve example apps, from a shop to a booking system, with every method listed. The agent starts from the closest one instead of a blank page.

Check before it deploys

It builds the project and checks it against the platform's rules first. A project that fails the check is not deployed.

Put your site live

You approve the sign-in on your phone with your passkey. The agent adds the site, sends you the payment link, deploys it and connects your domain.

Your keys stay with you

The agent never sees a password or an API key. The sign-in it gets works only for thebesprotocol.com.

Agents without MCP

The kit's AGENTS.md and llms.txt describe every example and the deploy steps in plain text, so any agent can read them.

Open source

The kit is on GitHub under the Apache 2.0 licence, together with the SDK, the backend library and the examples.
